Brabazon is a thriving new neighbourhood for Bristol, being built on the site of the historic former Filton Airfield. The Hangar District is the first collection of new homes to be built at Brabazon. Created by internationally-recognised, locally-based architects Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios – the homes for sale at The Hangar District were shortlisted for the UK’s most prestigious awards for new development – the Housing Design Awards – before they had even been built.

Brabazon will be the best-connected new neighbourhood in the city, close to road, rail and bus links. It lies at the heart of North Bristol’s business community and the new YTL Arena Complex will be the centre of a fantastic range of local leisure attractions. Our vision for Brabazon is to anchor the community in North Bristol.

On the one hand, Brabazon transform the local environment. It will be home to new schools and colleges, a library, community centre, sports and leisure facilities and a medical centre. Over £100m is also being spent on local transport improvements: the new neighbourhood is criss-crossed by walking routes and cycle paths and home to a new railway station.
