Yes. YTL Developments is transforming the former Filton Airfield into a brand-new neighbourhood for Bristol.
Alongside new-build homes, the new community will include a new community hub at Hangar 16U, Brabazon Park and a new rail station.
At present, there are no homes available to rent at Brabazon through YTL Developments. However, we are currently building student accommodation, which is expected to complete in time for the 2026-27 academic year.
