WINTER 2021
As the days began to grow shorter, we reached an online milestone, with over 1,000 followers on Instagram and 400 on Facebook. Click here to follow us on Instagram and Facebook, if you don’t already!
Winter is also awards season. And in our first year at Brabazon, YTL Developments was delighted to take home the coveted ‘Developer of the Year’ prize at the prestigious Bristol Property Awards.
We were also winners in both the ‘Place-making’ and ‘Sustainability’ categories at the South West Insider Residential Property Awards, while we were shortlisted for ‘Newcomer of the Year’ and ‘Small Residential Development of the Year’ at the national RESI Awards.
Away from the limelight, we completed two further streets, with Fedden Street, Fairlawn Avenue and Atkinson Grove now fully occupied. We also submitted our latest planning application, with detailed consent now being sought for Brabazon Park.
Subject to planning approval, Brabazon Park will be the largest new urban public park in the South West for 50 years. At 15 acres - equivalent in size to Castle Park – it will feature a three-acre lake surrounded by walking routes, water gardens, exercise areas and children’s playgrounds and criss-crossed by wildlife corridors planted with native species.
COMING SOON IN 2022
So what’s coming over the horizon at Brabazon in 2022?
In Spring we not only expect to complete the first apartments at The Navigator Building, but also to have new homes for sale, including some of our most popular houses like The Prier, The Boxkite and The Pullman.
Then in Summer next year we expect to release the first apartments in the next landmark building for North Bristol: The Dials. This collection of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments is expected to complete in 2024.
